Summary10774: Column header at wrong position
Description

In statistics view some column have got their heading in the wrong position, i.e. not placed above correct column. No and % is not at correct column, see screenshot.

And the alignment of both number and percent should be right aligned and not centered. These two columns could be narrowed to make more room for the answers. I don't like the answers are centered either. Right is better as the ID is then put in the same alignment.

There should even be an option to turn on/off the display of the ID codes in the report. In most cases the ID is of no use here.

I hope this one could be fixed as it makes reports wrong (if I capture a screenshot for a quick report response).
