Summary10757: design: too different layout in adding user groups and users
Description

Adding user groups and survey admins have too differens gui. The tables do not show up similar, adding new user/group is done in two different ways etc.

I think consistency in gui is very important and should be given priority in the 2.5 release.

There are still a lot of inconsistency during the gui. This will make new users a bit confused and I really think a consistent and logical user interface is what makes one software look professional and another one not.
