Summary10732: the last page is a blank page if you set "send e-mail notification to"
Description

If in the survey setting I fill in the field "Send email notification to", after clicking on "Submit" button appear a blank page instead of the final message and the possibility to print the answers.
The responses are recorded correctly on the server but I do not receive a e-mail notification that a new case was submitted.
