Summary10722: Email confirmation screen - requires layout and behavour tweaks
Description

The email confirmation (after sending invitations) lies under the left-hand nav element (see screenshot). It probably should have class="side-body" and be responsive when toggling the side nav.

Additionally, when clicking "Close" in that screen you are returned to the send email screen where I would have thought you should return to the token management screen

Activate tokens and send invitation(s).

@LouisGac, thank you for fixing the layout but the behavior problem remains.

Clicking "Close" on the mail-sent confirmation screen returns to the send-mail screen, not the token overview. Maybe we should have the token navigation bar here?

Additionally after being sent back to the send-mail screen, clicking "Close" simply reloads the page.
