Summary10708: Participant can not submit his/her answers
Description

I just add dummy tokens, then try to answer the survey using one of token created, When answer all questions then click on submit in survey I got the following error !!

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'participant_id' cannot be null. The SQL statement executed was: INSERT INTO lime_participant_attribute (participant_id, attribute_id, value) VALUES (:participant_id, :attribute_id, :value)
