Summary10707: The + icon in list groups
Description

What does the + icon in List question groups mean? There is no bubble help available. The survey is active. Is it for adding a question? There should be some bubble help here as it is for the other two icons. See screenshot. If not available for active surveys it should be faded to indicate inactive/not available.

hm, the bubble help is only available when the survey is active. Perhaps some info as a bubble help when the survey is active: "Not available in active survey" or similar...
