Summary10676: autopopulating of field not working right
Description

When I edit the email address in the participant list, Firefox shows me a drop-down with email addresses I have used elsewhere. One happened to be right, so I arrowed down to it and hit enter, which usually pulls the address from the dropdown in automatically. In this case, hitting enter pops me out of the field, but it doesn't auto-populate.

Just went into IE to test. No dropdown shows up at all in IE. Not sure if it is supposed to have one or not. It might just not have any data it would try to apply to email fields since I don't use IE so have not entered data elsewhere. Is IE even supposed to have form autocomplete features?

This is purely a browser feature. Won't fix.

FF has a pretty broad user base and this is not some obscure functionality of it. Ignoring a problem like this would give LimeSurvey a somewhat unprofessional look .
I can see not wanting to waste a lot of time on making it work properly, though. I wonder if there is an easy way to have FF not think of this as an email field, something like presenting it to the browser with a different name? I assume that is how it decides that this is something where it should give emails as a dropdown?
