Summary10675: Edit of other files not working
Description

If choosing ;other files; to edit (eg. js, css) the file is not selected and shown in the editor.

Steps To Reproduce

Login as admin
Edit template (sufficient rights in upload/templates)
Choose from 'Other files'

Cannot reproduce. How old is your template? Some things have changed, and it might not work with older templates. Please try update at next release and see if the problem remains.

Solved!
I made a copy of news_paper theme early on (160213).. I think that's the problem. When I make a copy of a template (160309) it works!

But still https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=10299 remains when using templates outside of limeinstalled /upload

Easy fix I should say. Github https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/427
