If you hit the Reset button and Save, the formatting should be OK. |

Maybe it's not a bug, but just my ignorance... I was not aware of the reset button. |

I think this is the behaviour if you log in with a non-English language in GUI. In the translation system line feeds are made by some arrow symbol, but I have never found a way to keep this when I translate. Try logging in with Norwegian bokmål, and I guess you will see the problem in action. I solve this by resetting the editor and save, as mentioned above. |

After adding a survey, and then setting "Use HTML format for token emails" to "Yes", you will see the problem! |

After you added a survey and then editing the survey settings again and changing the format to HTML of course the templates won't change. |
