Mapping participant to token gives error when using postgres

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create survey
  2. Init tokens
  3. Add extra attribute to token
  4. Create central participant
  5. Add participant to survey
  6. Click "Continue" on mapping screen
  7. Error in postgres: expecting int, got string (should be faulty in MySQL too, but silent)
