Summary10568: Close button in endless loop
Description

When I enter Quotas from Survey properties, and then Add new Quota -> Close and then Close again, there is an endless loop. See video here: http://somup.com/cDn0rNODy

I fail to see how this bug is "urgent", though. Could you please reserve urgent status to more fatal bugs, please?
