Summary10562: Question index highlighting required questions missing.
Description

On versions of lime survey before 2.5 if you have the question index exposed it would show in red (via class added) that a section had missing questions.

That is not a feature in the current version of limesurvey.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with question groups
Require some of them
Allow full question index on
Take survey skip to another question group
The one you skipped should be red

TagsNo tags attached.

Thing we must take (and fix) decision about 10477 issue :

{QUESTION_INDEX_MENU} seems to be replaced by
li class
REAL INDEX
/li

I think it's must be replaced ONLY with REAL INDEX , then allow template to add li class='dropdown' if needed. Unsure for id='index' (and actually seems we have 2 same id.
