Summary10532: Popup HTML editor no longer works
Description

After an update from 2.50+20160216 to 2.50+20160218, the popup version of the HTML editor no longer works. All you get is a blank popup, except for a resizeable text edition aera in the top left corner.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to menu "Edit your personal preferences", then "HTML editor mode", choose "Popup HTML editor", then save.

Go to one of your surveys, menu "Survey properties", "General properties and text", and then click on the blue-greyish background side on the right of one of the text areas, in order to call the popup editor.

Whatever text there is in the area, the popup HTML edotor is blank (see attached picture).
