Summary10506: Import question/group buttons "misplaced"
Description

I just spent 10-15 minutes looking for the button to import a question.
I understand that 2.5 is a complete UI redesign, but I think the buttons still should be in logical places.

Import buttons definitely should be (additionally) under the create/add new view. Its only logical to have them there :)
