Summary	10475: User without User's right can not update name and password
Description	A user with only survey access can not update some of his settings
Steps To Reproduce	Create a new user Log in No access to user management
Additional Information	In 2.06 : USer management are accessible : only this user are shown. Think best in 2.5 : profil management allow Update "Name" Update password (with doube validation + Ols password validation) Maybe email ? But need a mail confirm at old mail and new mail.
