Description

When creating a question of yes/no type the radio button for yes is not active. Neither in the preview or the active survey.

Works fine for me - can you try with 160215 - what template are you using?

I imported the survey and I cannot see any problems with it (LS 160215).

I have tried multiple templates and have blown away and reloaded all of the server code. Have not blown away the database yet. I guess I will spin up an new server and load from scratch and see what happens.
