Summary10428: error creating a matrix question
Description

Make a matrix question. Set mandatory to yes and option Other to yes. Question is not created. There is a message displayed in the selector button Other. See screenshot.

The problem seems to be the Other option. Turning this to off and it is possible to create the question. Not sure if the Other option existed in 2.06+?

The Option 'Other': (when turned on) makes trouble with other question types as well. Tested with a multiple choice question and same error. Se video here: http://somup.com/cDnlrcTw9 (sorry too much clicking before I hit Save and error occur).

but im really not sure the Other option existed in 2.06+ for this question type. I think 2.5 has this option for all (not 100 % sure) questions. Not all questions should have this option, I guess...
