Summary	10409: missing inline html-editor when editing mail templates
Description	When I want to edit a mail template (Token Management) there is no inline html-editor available. Is this correct? (I have choosen inle html-editor in global settings). If not available it is hard for the user to remember which field codes he could use, e.g. {ADMINNAME} {ADMINEMAIL}

pmonstad 2016-02-12 13:17 updater ~35023	Sorry, my fault. It works when I turned it on in survey settings. But there is a problem with the Reset buttons when I switch to inline html-editor. See screenshot.
