Summary	10375: Import of Templates not working
Description	Hallo, when I try to import Templates, it is not working. I there is no text in the template files (in web backend) I checked in the installationfolder if the files exist. They are there BUT Folder structure in /limesurvey/upload/templates/TEMPLATEFOLDER looks different to "regular", pre installed Templates. There are no subfolders, the .pstpl files are the only files in the TEMPLATEFOLDER When I use the web backend to copy an existing template everything works fine.
Steps To Reproduce	export default template rename zip file import template file.
Additional Information	I had a 2.0+ version installed and did an upgrade to 2.5

halliballi123 2016-02-12 09:27 reporter ~34976	maybe it is not only the import. maybe there is a more general, bigger problem with custom layouts. When I copy a layout (not exporting and importing again) and then I try to change somthing, the changes are not shown in the preview. however, when I actually use the template it seems to work. When I want to edit imported tempates it does not work, source code is not shown ...
