Summary10357: Permission "view/read survey" not respected
Description

The permission "view/read survey" is not respected.

Other permissions could be managed in a better way or, at least, ensure coherence between screens and error messages.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a test user with restricted permissions (like in the attached screen) and log with it.

You can see other people surveys (whereas you should not).

Moreover you can see many many buttons to features that you can not use :

  • sometimes it leads you to a blank page (global settings),
  • sometimes it leads you to a blank page with some buttons anyway (labels),
  • sometimes it leads you to a "No permission" message (templates)
    ...
