Summary10303: Unable to set owner to another user
Description

In 2.06 : we can update owner in survey listing. There are no place to update it in 2.50

Steps To Reproduce

Try to find where to update owner

Additional Information

Remove this system from survey listing is GOOD !
Just need to readd in survey settings update :)
