Summary10291: Copied templates are somehow linked to original
Description

editing and update of template failed.

Steps To Reproduce

I copied the 'default' template (lets say to 'new_default').

Set the 'new_default' as general survey default.

Tried to edit 'new_default' => preview did not show updates e.g. changed the link in the nav to '#' and the caption.

Also no updates on the 'live' home site.

Looked via ftp changes are present in tmp / template folder.
Renamed via ftp folder 'default' to '_default' => 'live' site failed.

Problem is only in template editor preview. For me, it works when testing a survey.
