Summary10264: Lime2.5RC8 "Resume Later" button not appearing when Survey Active in Question by Question or GroupbyGroup mode
Description

In Lime2.5RC8 and subsequent commits the "Resume later" and "Load unfinished survey" button are not appearing when a survey is activated in Question by Question or Group by group mode. If a survey is activate in All-in-one mode it shows up. They also show up when testing a survey for any survey mode. I have set the survey setting "Participant may save and resume later?" to yes and it doesn't make a difference. I've also tried with tokens and no tokens as well.
In a token controlled survey, if you enter data in for various groups and exit the page it does record that data as an incomplete response however. So it appears that just the button and action associated isn't present.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a survey with more than one group and a question in every group
  • Set "Participant may save and resume later?" in settings to Yes
  • Test the survey in every navigation mode (Should see the Resume Later button)
  • Activate survey in All-in-one mode and execute (Should see the Resume Later button)
  • Change survey mode to Question by Question and execute (Should NOT see Resume Later button)
  • Change survey mode to Group by Group mode and execute (Should NOT see Resume Later button)
