Summary10259: kan bij een nieuwe groep geen users toevoegen en users krijgen meer rechten dan ik ze geef en kunnen alle surveys benaderen.
Description

I have a mayor problem with users, groups an permissions. When I create a new group and want to ad users I get a message that the user already exist in the group. But that isn't the case. When I authorize a user to 1 survey, all the other surveys also appear in the survey drop down list and the user can access and work on them all although I did not authorized the user to those surveys. And the user is able to do things I did not authorize.
I use comfort-update and discovered these issues after the last update a few days ago.
My current bilt is version 2.06+ Build 160123
I use a dedicated server with Ubuntu 12.04 server installed

Steps To Reproduce

Voeg een groep toe en vevolgens leden aan die groep. Dan krijg je de mededeling dat de user al lid is? wat niet het geval is.
Eeen aangemaakte user kan alle surveys benaderen ook als je hem daartoe in de survey geen rechten hebt gegeven.
