Yes .... Permission for shared participant seem really strange .... Set "update" allow to update YOUR participant, not other (like Survey). |

Hi Denis, Do you mean in the user panel, set global permissions for user? I already have every single box in there checked. Even as the main admin user I don't have permissions to update others' participants unless I first share them. |

Yes .... this must be fixed/controlled . But logically not in code. I'm unsure there are a difference between "upadte". If you set , for one of your user:

Setting up test account rights to have no rights other than "Participant Panel" > "Create"Interesting... I also unchecked "Use internal database authentication" and now get error "Internal database authentication method is not allowed for this user"logging back in as superadmin to add "Use internal database authentication"logging in as test user; I only have the "default administration page" and "Manage Survey Administrators" pages now, the participant panel icon doesn't even show. |

So, in other words, as superadmin you can see the list, and it looks like the update applies, but when you check back later it isn't reflected. |
