Summary10220: Translated messages not displayed even if present
Description

While creating a question with options or a question array, you get the following message in English even if the current language is different.

You need to add answer options to this question.
You need to add subquestions options to this question.

Translation for my language is already present (Italian is 100% complete).

The issue is current in the demo.limesurvey.org version.

Steps To Reproduce

Switch personal language to one which is not English (I tried with Italian and Catalan).
Create a survey with a question group in it.
Create an array question.

You get shown the messages
You need to add answer options to this question.
You need to add subquestions options to this question.

in english.

Not in http://demo.limesurvey.org/ for sure.
This is not a translation issue, the strings are already present.
