Summary10159: Translation selector buttons not using icons
Description

The buttons for translation selector controls througout the application should use proper icons on the buttons instead of >> and << - see screenshot.
As it is repeatedly used maybe this could be a widget?

Buttons have now tool tips & caption.
The tool tips are causing the button to jump and can be removed.
The language list boxes should have a minimum width as if there is no language in the left box it looks very small and weird
