Summary10098: Can't add more than one rule
Description

In limesurvey 2.5. I can't add several assesment evaluation rules
when i add one and i want to save
limesurvey ask me if i really want to delete the rule
if i say non, nothing happen
if i say yes, previous rule is deleted

Steps To Reproduce

Add a first rule.
Save.
Try to add a second rule
