Summary10075: Ability to upload N files per question
Description

I have a need to ask a question and then allow the user to upload any number of documents to support their answer. Lime Survey allows file uploads but it is only one file per file upload slot/question. I can't set up multiple because I do not know how many there will be.

I know I can demand the user to zip all the files up, but they are not necessarily technical enough to do that.
