Summary10065: Bad Request error
Description

Receiving an internal error message when utilizing the system normally.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Participant panel

  2. Click the icon "Add participants to a survey"

  3. I receive the message (not the bug):

Add participants to survey (1)
No surveys are available. Either you don't have permissions to any surveys or none of your surveys have a token table

  1. I click "Next". The system responds with:

Bad Request
The CSRF token could not be verified.
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. Please do not repeat the request without modifications.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

This happens if you have participants but no surveys yet continue through the process.
