Description	Token Management>Tokens Email>Send email invitation Loads an unformatted page of menu links URL at the top is http://limesurvey.mydomain.com/index.php/admin/tokens/sa/email/surveyid/SurveyIdNumber
Steps To Reproduce	Create a token, and send an email invite to it. Token Management>Tokens Email>Send email invitation
Additional Information	This happens for new tokens, old tokens with reminders, or multiples of new tokens.
