Summary10016: Can't edit attribute on Central Database Participant Panel.
Description

Hi guys,

I can create the attribute, with dropdown list values. It is visible

1.- I click on Central Participant Database/Panel.
2.- Click on attribute management. Create the attribute. Dropdown/Visible/Values./Name
3,. Click on Display participants.
4.- Try to edit the data on attribute by participant by clicking on the attribute field for that participant, no dropdown displays.
5.- Also when I try to click on the + to expand participant attribute and then edit, info the drop down does not appear until I cancel and click edit again. And then the info does not appear on the panel until I reload the page. The hole process should be polished, but it still works.
Manual should explain that you need to click on + to change the data on the attributes data as I lost some time trying out how to do this.

Steps To Reproduce
