Dev prep for refactoring of EM->setVariableAndTokenMappingsForExpressionManager() - could be called once per session (instead of once per group) as long as make the following variables dynamic in GetVarAttr() and em_javascript.js: {isOnCurrentPage, codeValue, displayValue, jsVarName}.
Dev this refactoring commented out as it not currently a high priority.
