Fixed part of issue 04731: conditions on multiple-options lost after survey import/copy (Now works for conditions on single-checkbox only).
Dev: createFieldmap is now used for conditions import, but it doesn't define the virtual 'SGQ' identifier for the whole group of checkboxes in a multiple-options question. Carsten, can you modify createFieldmap, maybe by adding a new parameter to it so that virtual fieldnames are added ?
Dev: FYI: in multiple-options questions, fieldnames used in conditions can be either SGQ (the old way), or +SGQA (the new way added by the single-checkbox option).
