Fix 04329 - This file was totally neglected with the subquestion changes. This is a huge duplication of code which i already saw in conditionshandling previously. The code is used to generate data with the column name, title, question texts to be displayed. As in the left column of print answers and in the question list under conditions. We need to think about moving this code out and creating a function for this or we will have more problems with implementing questions etc. This functionality is probably in statistics as well.
