Updated feature SSL: allow ssl to be turned on or off via config.
Dev SSL can now be turned on and off via Global settings web interface
Dev fixed some silly code I created to rewrite LS url variables (using method from curent stable version)
Dev provided link to test SSL function on server in global settings interface
Dev fixed undefined variable issue in PHP Strict mode.
