Fixed bug: #05086 Prevents un-viewable questions in group preview. Patch kindly provided by dabrahams. When previewing a group, this sets the default behaviour of conditional questions to display (as if the condition was met) - a likely expected or desirable behaviour when testing surveys. Only applies to questions whose condition is based on a question in a previous group. Other conditions work as normal.
