Implement #4069: Differentiate String comparizon and numerical comparizon operators. By default numerical order is now assume. Old surveys that were using string comparizons must be updated. The stringcomparizonoperators parameter must be set to 1 in config.php in order to enable these string comparizons.
Dev: I've not prepared the Postgresql Upgrade Script... Can someone help me with this one ?
Dev: I've not been able to run the upgrade script at all... seems to be an error somwhere !!!!!
