BUGFIX: #828690
Fixed bug editing activated survey which changed not-anonymous status to anonymous (wasn't returning existing 'private' setting when updating record). Fixed similar bug with "datestamp" setting. Also fixed display bug which showed "Never" as the expiry date regardless of whether expiry date was set or not.
