Bugfix: Import was not correctly registering conditions based on multiple choice type questions. Re-designed "$fieldnames" array so that it contains 4 elements, the old "CFIELDNAME", the new "CFIELDNAME", and the old "FIELDNAME" and new "FIELDNAME". This is to allow for future comparison between actual fieldnames, and also for use of the same array when comparing the portion of fieldname used by conditions (ie: excluding any answer code). Seperated logic for types "M" and "P" from "A", "B", "C", "F" and "H"
