Linked templates.php to main script - it's time it was known about! Some modifications to script including checking for \r\n's (and replacing with \n), stopping magic_quotes mucking up saves, making default template unchangeable, and started working on "copy to new template" function, so that users can create new templates starting with a copy of an existing one.
