Integrated Patch 1298469: Keyboard navigation - Added the attribute accesskey to this function, so one can navigate through the survey by using the keyboard (i.e. Alt+n) for next page instead of using the mouse. Intended mainly for survey developers who need to often and quickly browse back and forth through
their surveys. Foe now, it's hardcoded for english surveys ("n", "p", and "l" for next, previous and last). - by Chris Fichter ( sf.net name: fichter)
