This patch by Kris Ven (inayani@users.sourceforge.ne) slightly
modifies the layout of the progress bar, so that a single border is
drawn around the percentage bar. This way, the begin and end of the bar
is easy to notice, which makes it easier to read.

Note: we will have to find a way to store CSS information in a central place - preferably linked from templates. To store new elements in slider.css is just a short time solution. I will see if i can modify the default template to incorporate all CSS styles and then adjust the older templates too.
