Summary09924: Quick add AND quick replace function don't add "relevance button" when needed
Description

In a multiple choice question when I add the sub questions using the Rapid addition (Adición rápida) the relevance field disappears.
If you click "Save changes" after using Quick add, the subquestion relevance image will reappear.
But the Relevance content is not there.
