Summary09902: Add a View Response Detail link to Participant's Survey Information in CPDb
Description

When a CPDb participant has been added to a survey, a summary of Participant's Survey Information is added below Participant's attribute information. Where applicable, could a link to View Response Detail at /admin/responses/sa/browse/surveyid/######/token/############### be added? Perhaps this could be added with the same view icon as is already included in the Token table?
