Summary09901: Link TokenID to Token record from Participant's survey information in CPDb
Description

When a CPDb participant has been added to a survey, a summary of Participant's survey information is added below Participant's attribute information. Token ID is listed in this table. It would be helpful if Token ID was linked to /admin/responses/sa/browse/surveyid/######/token/############### similar to the way that Survey ID is linked to /admin/tokens/sa/browse/surveyid/###### .
