Summary09813: Add option to link uploaded files when exporting a file
Description

When I export a survey to excel/CSV/word instead of the uploaded file I get this: "[{ "title":"","comment":"","size":"63.221","name":"FILE%20NAME.jpg","filename":"fu_k3734e2gw74rf3c","ext":"jpg" }]"
I know is the data added when the survey was filled, but I'm wondering if an option can be added in global settings to define the host address and use the information to create an hyperlink or text url that end users can copy to download the uploaded file.
