Internal Server Error
Unrecognized locale "de-informal".
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

I have upgraded to 2.06+ (Build 150611, and then > Build 150612). After upgrading from 2.05 I always get this error message when I want to start the plugin-manager. Or somebody wants to fill out a query in "de-informal"-language.

I have changed the base language to English, German (not informal), but it was for nothing.
