Description

Hi,
INSERTANS in email subject is wrapped with <span> tags.

Examples:
<span id='LEMtailor_Q_0_25'>Name</span>
<span id='LEMtailor_Q_0_26'>Firstname</span>

The INSERTANS retrieve the value but wrapped in <span>.

Steps To Reproduce

Insert {INSERTANS:SGQA} in email notification title.
