Summary09360: Crash when disabling a survey
Description

Crash when disabling an access-restricted survey that was previously active with public access.

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Create a survey
2.- Activate survey (public access, response NO to all question about save IP, etc)
3.- Disable survey (not expire)
4.- Activate survey (restrincted access, response NO to all question about save IP, etc)
5.- Initialize token table
6.- Try to disable survey (not expire). Following error occurs:

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42P01]: Undefined table: 7 ERROR: no existe la relación «_tid_seq»

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

Additional Information

I'm not sure whether responding NO to question when activating is necessary to reproduce this error.
